The largest shop of its kind between Houston and Baton Rouge, Gulf Coast Fabricators performs pipe spool fabrication of all types of carbon steels, chromes and nickel alloys, meeting the most stringent codes in the industry. In addition, we manage long-term maintenance for refinery, petrochemical and power plant customers. Field installation can be performed by our affiliated company, Echo Maintenance, LLC, making us a single source to meet your needs.

Since we were established in 1994, Gulf Coast Fabricators has experienced tremendous growth in response to customer demand for our level of proficiency. Today, our shop area comprises more than 100,000 square feet, up from 15,000 less than 20 years ago. A recent $2 million capital investment has enabled us to further expand our capabilities and capacity: Our current monthly production is approximately 1,200-1,500 tons of carbon steel and 350 tons of alloy pipe spools with a 6” average diameter. Our 150-person team combines expert knowledge with exceptional performance. Low employee turnover means high-integrity technical competence.

In custom fabrication, scheduling is critical. With two shifts six days a week and 24-hour on-call service, Gulf Coast Fabricators can satisfy even the most ambitious timetable.
